Build quality is good. The dock is well-made and the robot feels solid. The roller mop mechanism adds a moving part that spinning pads don't have, but early reports suggest it's holding up fine.

Navigation works well in most homes. Mapping is fast and accurate on the first run. One reviewer noted the robot getting stuck between chairs and a runner at the front door too frequently, so tight spaces with lots of obstacles can be an issue.

The M14 Plus has an inconsistent price. It goes on sale regularly, and the gap between full price and sale price is big. At a discount, it's a strong buy, especially for mopping-focused households. At full price, the Roborock Qrevo CurvX offers better overall cleaning and a more reliable app for about the same money.

If mopping is your #1 priority, nothing else matches the OZMO roller at any price. Dual spinning pads, which every competitor uses, just don't scrub the way a roller does. That alone is worth the price for people with all hard floors.
